Client Fees

There is no fee for our initial consultation.  If your case is accepted, we will handle it on a “contingent fee” basis.  There are no fees unless we win your case. Our fee will be paid as a percentage of the case recovery.  If there is no recovery, there is no fee.  The fees for personal injury and medical malpractice cases generally range from 33% to 40%.
